Space Law Technical Advisory Mission to Chile
30 October - 2 November 2023

From 30 October to 2 November 2023, UNOOSA delivered the Space Law Technical Advisory Mission targeted and tailored for the governmental authorities of Chile. The three-day in-person event was held at the Chilean National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE), Santiago, and featured various central aspects of global governance of outer space activities, fundamental principles of international space law, and mechanisms for developing national regulatory and policy frameworks. The event was attended by more than 90 Chilean governmental officials, representatives of academia, and the private sector, as well as by foreign experts.
