The Drop Tower Experiment Series is a fellowship programme of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) in collaboration with the Center of Applied Space Technology and Microgravity (ZARM) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR). We started this programme in 2014.

This opportunity is in collaboration with the German Aerospace Center (DLR) Space Administration, and the Center of Applied Space Technology and Microgravity (ZARM), a scientific institute at the University of Bremen in Germany with a focus on research under space conditions and questions related to space technology. With a height of 146 meters, the Bremen Drop Tower is the predominant laboratory at ZARM and also the only drop tower of its class in Europe.read more
