Description: This course will instruct entrepreneurs, company's owners and start-ups, on how to develop a long-term plan for their business and how to adapt to the necessary changes. After this training, they will be able to set important steps to ensure the sustainability of their company based on a solid business strategy. The business plan helps entrepreneurs to define steps that will help the business succeed, supporting the company strategy and reach objectives. Moreover, a well-developed and clear business plan is an important tool for start-ups seeking funding. The start-up can articulate their resources, structure, general market overview with potential revenue opportunities, marketing and sales strategy, management structure, risk assessment and cost structure. The training will also inform on how to pitch your venture in front of investors in an effective and clear way, and it will include a real-life testimonial from start-up from the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
