Space Law for New Space Actors Project

Technical Advisory Mission to Kenya
18-20 April 2023

From 18 to 20 April 2023, UNOOSA, with the support of France, delivered the Technical Advisory Mission targeted and tailored for the governmental authorities of Kenya. The three-day in-person event was held at United Nations Office at Nairobi, Kenya, and featured various central aspects of global governance of outer space activities, fundamental principles of international space law, and mechanisms for developing national regulatory and policy frameworks. The event was attended by more than 50 Kenyan governmental officials, representatives of academia, and the private sector.
